CPC-Controlled Secure Workspace
CPC provides and manages the approved assignment environment and access controls. No employer system setup required.
Your Company's Existing System
The professional works directly inside your own software, with individual access and appropriate permissions. May qualify for an Employer-Provided Workspace Credit.
A Combination of Both
Some work stays inside your systems while other records or coordination happen through CPC. Savings are determined after review.
The Employer-Provided Workspace Credit
Employers who provide the required software, individual user access, appropriate permissions, and technical support may qualify for an optional Employer-Provided Workspace Credit — suggested up to 5% of eligible professional service charges, though the percentage, fixed amount, or per-hour amount is admin-configurable and reviewed per assignment.
A preliminary estimate can show a potential credit based on your answers, but only an authorized CPC admin can approve the final credit after reviewing the assignment. The potential credit may be reduced, removed, or replaced with a setup charge if CPC must purchase licenses, configure or repair your system, provide significant troubleshooting or training, transfer files, coordinate multiple systems, set up special security, or handle urgent onboarding.
An approved credit always appears on your formal quote as a separate structured adjustment — never combined with a general discount or shown as a negative service line.
