These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Contractor Pros Connect platform as an independent contractor. By creating an account, accepting assignments, or performing work through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the Contractor Pros Connect platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work as an independent contractor. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

- You are not entitled to employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, or workers' compensation.
- You determine the time, place, and manner of your work, subject to agreed deadlines and deliverables.
- You may accept or decline any assignment offered through the Platform at your discretion.
- You are responsible for providing your own equipment, software, and workspace unless otherwise specified in the assignment terms.
