Employer Posting Standards

Last Updated: September 18, 2026

These standards apply to every assignment posted on Contractor Pros Connect. They exist to protect employers, contractors, and the overall integrity of the platform.

1. Accurate Postings

Assignment postings must accurately describe the work involved, including scope, category, expected timeline, and any tools, systems, or access the assignment requires.

2. Administrative Review

Every new assignment is reviewed by our team before it becomes available to contractors. A posting remains in review status until this process is complete — this protects contractors from unverified or incomplete opportunities.

3. Employer Verification

Employers are expected to complete their Employer Verification Profile, including a valid telephone number and business address, before posting new assignments. Verified employer status helps assignments move through review more efficiently.

4. Prohibited Content

Postings may not include discriminatory requirements, requests for illegal activity, or misleading compensation information.

5. Communication Standards

Employers are expected to communicate professionally with contractors and our team through the platform's messaging and appointment tools.

6. Enforcement

Contractor Pros Connect may request changes to a posting, decline a posting, or suspend an employer account that does not meet these standards. See our Verification Policy for more information.
